Sir Norman Foster, an excellent international representative on the architecture and the city debate, presides over the jury for the second Otto Wagner prize for urban construction. The related lecture at the Kassensaal of the Austrian Postsparkasse had to be postponed for technical reasons. It will take place at the Festsaal of the Vienna City Hall per invitation of the Vice-Mayor, Dr. Bernhard Görg, of the Capital City Vienna.
