New shells for historic clerical objects and the fine arts demonstrate architectural sensitivity of various origins. The overall concept for the renovation of the Bischofskirche (Bishop’s Church) in Eisenstadt by lichtblau.wagner ranges from urban development interventions to artistically designed new adaptations of interiors. Their design for Podersdorf Parish Centre themetises transparency and lettering.

A grand framework for Wander Bertoni’s sculptures is provided by Johannes Spalt’s new exhibition pavilion on the sculptor’s property. The symmetrical volume has a glazed atrium to create interesting axes of view and, in its simple elegant stringency it offers a worthy contrast to the free forms of the objects themselves.
