Where the park grows into the house, two brackets of different materials encircle five staggered residential storeys on a cramped sight on Flötzersteig that proved difficult to find a solution for.

A view of Vienna from Heuberg is promised by the Lukian upper level between the broadly projecting roof surfaces and the interesting shift in the geometry of its floorplan, which has been designed to fit the site.

The simple, elegant timber box in Mauerbach does not only conceal a lavish series of facilities – a bathroom, washroom, lavatory etc. – providing the prospect of some unconventional bathing joys. Turned away from the road, a finely detailed aluminium and glass facade is a surprising sight.
