How do public spaces come by their design today — in post-political times — and who determines the parameters?

The international three-day conference sheds light on the ideal and political frameworks for the design and programme of urban open space on the basis of parks from a multidisciplinary perspective: 4 keynote speeches, 30 scientific contributions, 3 lectures on practice, 2 excursions
