The Neues Landgut development area in 1100 Vienna is located in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station and provides a wide range of amenities on almost 9 hectares. These include two building complexes that are exemplary for affordable and high-quality homes in a redensified urban area.

The Willi Resetarits Hof stands prominently on the corner of Laxenburgerstrasse and Landgutgasse. In dialogue with the former Gösserhalle and Inventarhalle, it forms a counterpoint to Columbusplatz. While the flush street frontage connects the building with the neighbourhood, a permeable ground floor zone (with a municipal library and grocery store!) provides access to the green inner courtyard, around which pergolas and balconies with numerous flower boxes wind their way. B.R.I.O., the ensemble of modular timber buildings along the railway tracks, will also benefit from a lushly planted inner courtyard despite its high density. The part of the building that serves as a closed backdrop to the railway boasts a panoramic view of the entire city. Both projects feature communal terraces, intensive roof planting and green facades.
