Land for Us All

The architect Gabu Heindl takes a radical democratic approach to architecture and urban planning, and promotes the sustainable use of urban land as a resource for securing mutually supportive urban development and affordable housing. The key issue is the definition of land not as private property, nor as a commodity or an investment, but as a public asset and of public concern.
