“Pez Hejduk is an architecture photographer. She learned photography as a craft, and over the years she has experienced the social and climatic pressures on architecture photography first hand. She has developed her points of view from this experience. It always depends on the stance you take. Towards the object. This is what’s called a qualitative cultural diagnosis. Legible from images.”
Dietmar Steiner

With ‘Viewpoints. Views of Architecture’ Pez Hejduk is showing a cross-section of her photographs of contemporary architecture. Led by the photographer’s view, this exhibition opens a specific way of looking at buildings with different functions and materials. Foregoing spectacular perspective shots and showing the spaces deserted of people allows the architecture to speak for itself.

On the exhibition:

An exhibition by Mischek in cooperation with the Architekturzentrum Wien.
