ARCHIKIDS — Ask at the Az W
Architecture for the whole family!

with Karin Stieldorf, TU Wien, Institut für Hochbau

Can a house without heating be warm and cosy in the winter? If it can, how does that work? What is a passive house? What role does the sun play? And, why can we save energy with clever ventilation? Simple experiments and current examples illustrate this impressive development. We build our own solar house in a practical exercise.
